Store Associate
Job Summary
The Store Associate provides support to store operations as directed by Management. He/she works within the guidelines, policies, and mission of the organization and will be accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned. He/she must embrace CLT’s core values of Community, Leadership, and Teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming donations for the sales floor.
- Price incoming donations according to the established guidelines.
- Merchandise and fill product shelves and racks.
- Work directly or indirectly with volunteers as directed by management.
- Welcome customers, answer questions, help locate items and provide advice or recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and processing area.
- Train and support new and existing staff and volunteers.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the duties of this job classification.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Exhibits discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with the management team.
- Must be available Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00 pm.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
