Lunch & Learn about the Pathways to the Digital Economy (PADE) initiative
As technology continues to shape every industry, finding qualified entry-level talent can be a challenge. That's why we would like to invite you to a special Lunch & Learn to learn about the Pathways to the Digital Economy (PADE) initiative.
PADE connects metro Atlanta employers with trained young adults who are prepared for entry-level careers in IT support and cybersecurity. Participants earn industry-recognized Google Career Certificates, receive workforce readiness training, and are supported by ongoing career coaching. Best of all, PADE covers participant wages and support services, making it a no-cost opportunity for employers.
Many employers tell us they are looking for ways to develop their future workforce while finding qualified talent to meet their growing needs. PADE offers an opportunity to connect with motivated, pre-trained candidates while helping create meaningful career pathways for young adults across our region.
Join us to learn how your organization can help build the next generation of digital talent while strengthening your own workforce pipeline.
