Participants earn industry-recognized Google Career Certificates\, receive workforce readiness training\, and are supported by ongoing career coaching. Best of all\, PADE covers participant wages and support services\, making it a no-cost opportunity for employers.\n\n \n\nMany employers tell us they are looking for ways to develop their future workforce while finding qualified talent to meet their growing needs.
