This is a full-time position with benefits. This position performs custodial maintenance duties.

Hours are specific to each position. Schedules are as follows...

Sunday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Monday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Tuesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Wednesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm

Wednesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Thursday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday 11:00 am - 10:00 pm

Major duties include but are not limited to:
1. Cleans public restrooms and replaces supplies.
2. Cleans elevator doors.
3. Empties and cleans ash trays and trash cans.
4. Cleans doors and windows.
5. Removes litter.
6. Mops floors.
7. Polishes mirrors.
8. Cleans water fountains.
9. Dusts furniture and wall hangings.
10. Cleans base moldings.
11. Cleans office and break areas.
12. Cleans stairways.
13. Cleans furniture.
14. Cleans and disinfects telephones.
15. Maintains storage area and janitors’ closets.
16. Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's licenses issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.

Starting Salary - $35,671.38
