JOB SUMMARY This position operates heavy equipment in the repair and maintenance of City stormwater infrastructure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperates heavy equipment in the maintenance and repair of the storm water system; operates a loader, skid steer, backhoe, dump truck, excavator, street sweeper, etc.Unloads and loads equipment for transport.Installs and removes storm pipes; repairs potholes, trenches, and curbs; digs trenches for the installation of pipes; and cleans debris and trash out of storm sewers,
