John Davis Heating & Air is a growing residential HVAC company focused on delivering reliable service and an excellent customer experience. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to help manage inbound and outbound calls and schedule customer appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

  • Book, confirm, and reschedule HVAC service appointments

  • Collect basic customer information and service details accurately

  • Communicate clearly with our service team to ensure smooth scheduling

  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable speaking with customers and handling light objections

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred (HVAC experience a plus, but not required)
