John Davis Heating & Air is a growing residential HVAC company focused on delivering reliable service and an excellent customer experience. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to help manage inbound and outbound calls and schedule customer appointments.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner

Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

Book, confirm, and reschedule HVAC service appointments

Collect basic customer information and service details accurately

Communicate clearly with our service team to ensure smooth scheduling

Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction
Qualifications:

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable speaking with customers and handling light objections

Reliable, punctual, and professional
-
Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred (HVAC experience a plus, but not required)
