Free Perimenopause Documentary Screening and Expert Panel Coming to Fayette County September 10

Essentia Women's Health and Arise Counseling & Coaching are inviting Fayette County women to a free community screening of The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause on Wednesday, September 10, at Trilith Cinemas in Fayetteville.

The event begins at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m., and runs until 8:30 p.m. Following the documentary, attendees will hear from a live expert panel of local specialists in gynecology, internal and functional medicine, pelvic floor physical therapy, nutrition, intimacy health counseling, and transformational coaching — with time for open Q&A.

"So many women in our community are experiencing real symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, hormone changes — and they are being dismissed or going without answers," said Dr. Ijeoma Bello, MD, founder and medical director of Essentia Women's Health & Aesthetics. "This event is our way of bringing those answers directly to Fayette County women in a space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered."
