NonProfit Network Coffee & Connect

Coffee & Connections is a relaxed, conversation-driven gathering designed exclusively for nonprofit professionals and leaders. The session creates space to step away from the day-to-day demands of mission-driven work and engage in meaningful dialogue with peers who understand the unique challenges of leading and sustaining nonprofit organizations.
Participants come together to:
- Connect with fellow nonprofit professionals
- Discuss current issues impacting their organizations and communities
- Share leadership challenges and exchange practical insights
- Check in on one another’s well-being and celebrate wins, big or small
This session emphasizes shared problem-solving and peer insight, with participants encouraged to come prepared to discuss three “burning issues” currently affecting their organization — such as fundraising, volunteer engagement, marketing, leadership capacity, or collaboration.
Rather than a formal presentation, Coffee & Connections fosters a supportive environment where nonprofit leaders can exchange practical ideas, strengthen relationships, and build a sense of camaraderie across the Fayette County nonprofit community. Participants will leave with new perspectives, useful connections, and reassurance that they are not alone in navigating the complex realities of mission-driven work.
