Mindful Monday Webinar
We know that many businesses are struggling to adjust to a rapidly changing workforce climate, which includes remote working protocols. To address this, the Chamber is launching a webinar mini-series designed to provide our members with virtual training opportunities. Join us on Monday mornings to hear from one of your fellow Chamber members!
This week, we are pleased to welcome Tim O'Connor of Culture Index-Atlanta. Tim works with Fayette County companies like Hanna Brothers to help them drive P&L performance and scale. He will be presenting on "Right Person Right Seat: the key to a fulfilling career & building a high performing company."
As business owners, our ability to rebound and scale is directly correlated to the caliber of people we bring around us. Are you certain you have the right people in the right seats to drive your P&L performance?
Conversely, if you are an employee considering a career change, you need deep and objective insights into what you naturally bring to the table and more importantly, how you best add value to an organization.
Tim will translate the Culture Index data and how to use it to drive top line growth and scale.
We are looking for volunteers to participate by taking this brief survey. Select responses will be chosen and ANONYMOUSLY shared as examples of various levels of compatibility.
Respondents can also request a follow up session with Tim for a more detailed evaluation of their results. Please note, participation in the survey is voluntary, and not required as a prerequisite to join the call. Responses are completely confidential and will not be shared with 3rd parties.
Presentation topics will include: business growth, business resources/tools, professional development, leadership development, etc.
