Keynote - “The Culture Rebeloution: Winning the War on Talent with a ‘Great Place to Work’ Organizational Culture.”
How does an organization become a great place to work? What affect does your Culture have on your ability to attract and retain your top employees? Many companies aspire to becoming a Great Place to Work but few have clarity around all the work that needs to be done to make it a reality. For the last few years, my HR strategy has been a pretty simple one: create a Great Place to Work Culture where people want to come to work every day because they want to, not because they have to. It is much easier said than done. It takes a lot of work and commitment from both the leadership team and the employees to make the necessary changes, which can be painful.
In this session you will:
Understand the four keys to building a Great Place to Work Culture
Learn what a Great Place to Work Leadership Model Looks like and why
Understand what the responsibilities are from a Leader and Individual Contributor perspective
Get a clear picture of where to start your Culture journey.
