Barry co-founded ShelfGenie Franchise Systems, growing the company from the ground up to more than 160 locations before its acquisition by Neighborly in 2020. He also served as CEO and Partner of Concrete Craft, where he led a successful restructure and sale of the company, improving system-wide revenue by over 20% in just one year. In addition to his leadership roles, Barry has worked as a business coach and directed large-scale manufacturing operations, bringing a wealth of practical experience across industries.
