2024 Business Growth Essentials
New Educational Program for Small Businesses
The Chamber is thrilled to introduce a new program aimed at helping small businesses understand the key elements needed to reach the next level of growth. Our quarterly meetings will dive into strategies for expanding and scaling beyond your current market position. The first meeting of this quarterly educational program will address several key topics essential for growing businesses
1. Succession Planning: Learn about business structuring for success and protecting assets from legal, insurance, and accounting perspectives. This session will cover strategies to ensure your business continues to thrive beyond your tenure.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions: Gain knowledge on how to grow your business by merging with or acquiring strategic businesses. We will explore this from the perspectives of capital, legal considerations, and succession planning.
3. Business Valuation: Understand how to value your business, especially if you are considering selling. This session will provide insights into the factors that influence your business's worth and how to maximize its value.
4. CEO Roundtable Introduction: Discover our new Chamber program for CEOs, offering the opportunity to join a roundtable of like-minded professionals. This mentorship group, led by a seasoned business growth expert, will serve as a makeshift board of directors to help steer your business towards future success. We will use the Business Essentials Program to advertise and collect applications for business owners interested in this CEO Roundtable.
Join us for our first quarterly meeting to gain valuable insights and tools to help your small business scale and succeed. Stay tuned for more details and how to register.
