2021 Fayette ExpoFest: Exhibitor Registration

The Business & Community Expo is getting a re-brand. Welcome to ExpoFest: Fayette County's premier B2C event! Do you own a business in and around #FayetteCountyGA? Are you looking for an opportunity to share what your business does, offer demos for the public, or connect with potential customers? You need to be an EXHIBITOR at the 2021 Fayette ExpoFest! This is an excellent and affordable opportunity to market your business to the public and gain exposure in Fayette County.

We are excited to return OUTSIDE at SOUTHSIDE Church in Peachtree City. This year's event will be heavily community-focused with food trucks, family activities, and live music. We are also pleased to kickoff the Fayette County bicentennial celebration weekend! Stay tuned for more info.

Standard Booth - $400 (*$300)

• (2) meal vouchers
• Alternative: Sponsor your favorite non-profit (or have the Chamber select one for you). Recognition at booth.

• Prime location and/or extra space: please indicate your priority in the comment section (Chamber staff is happy to consult during booth selection)

• Up to (3) meal vouchers
• Name on event communications, signage, and promotion

• Location in "Food Truck Alley"
• Logo on event communications and promotion
• Exhibitor Meet & Greet Meal Voucher Participant (offer a dish from your menu, up to $5 value, to be included on Exhibitor Meal Voucher; Chamber will pay for redeemed vouchers at the end of the event.)

• (1) business per booth
• Booth must be staffed at all times
• Exhibits must remain up for the entire duration of the event (3:00-7:00 PM)
• Electricity not provided
• Exhibitor must provide own tent (highly recommend, but not required - 10'x10')
• If selling items, business a copy of your business license must be on display
