Maintenance Technician I- Cart Paths
JOB SUMMARY This position performs technical duties in the maintenance of City buildings, City cart paths, or City streets depending on assigned department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains and repairs City buildings/facilities, including electrical, plumbing, etc.Performs construction work/sheetrock repair/roofing repair and painting as necessary. Loads and unloads materials, supplies, equipment, trash, and other debris.Performs both vehicle and equipment safety
