"Optimizing COVID-19 Communications for Business Owners"
Whether communicating with your employees about safety protocols and return-to-work schedules, or with customers about COVID-19 safety measures, small businesses need to understand that communications is not about e-mails, break room posters, and zoominars, but rather about the thoughts and conclusions of your audience. Focusing on the needs and concerns of your audiences can help differentiate your product or service as a better choice for your customers and your company as a better employer as well.
The goal of the Small Business Council is to provide opportunities for training, information sharing, and networking through value-added content and partnerships for small and medium size members of the Chamber. The Chamber has partnered with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a Public Service and Outreach Extension of the University of Georgia, to provide tools, training, and resources to help small businesses grow and succeed.
