DESCRIPTION:Last August\, the Fayette Chamber hosted its first Diversity & Inclusion Summit with the theme\, "Business Beyond Race." Almost 100 people attended and the feedback we received was that the event was an overwhelming success. For 2020\, we had planned to have a theme focused on women and leadership. However\, the events of the last two weeks convinced us that we needed to return to working on ways to build equity for minorities\, especially African Americans\, in our community.\n\n \n\nScheduled Speakers:\n\nScott Kirchner: President\, Panasonic Automotive - Intentional Inclusion at Panasonic Automotive Systems of America\n\n\n\nPanel Discussion - An Inclusive Community - Led by Rev.
