DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second annual Rotary Club of Peachtree City Half Marathon & 5k\, presented by BMW of South Atlanta \, on January 18\, 2025. The tree lined golf cart paths of our planned community are an ideal setting for runners of all levels and abilities. Greenspace\, lakes\, and wildlife mark this family friendly\, fitness oasis\, just a short drive south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. \n\n \n\n5k and Half Marathon courses are USATF certified and the 5k is a qualifying event for the 2025 AJC Peachtree Road Race.\n\n \n\nYour participation will help the Rotary Club of Peachtree City continue making a positive impact and contributing locally and globally to improve lives\, eradicate disease\, provide essential resources\, and increase access to education. We accomplish this through grants to local nonprofits and internationally through the Rotary Foundation. Our Rotary club members provide hands-on service with partner organizations throughout the year\, including hosting the Rotary Grand Prix 5k Series\, to serve17 local elementary school fundraisers in an effort to promote fitness and reduce childhood obesity.
